Unable to consistently connect to my VMs in Azure

I have set up a few Windows VMs in an Azure host pool. I am having consistency problems when turning them on where they sometimes are in a state where they show as "Can connect" and other times show as "Can't connect". They are all on and I can see they are waiting at the login screen. The inconsistency is, I cannot connect to them one day but the next morning I can connect and I wont make any changes to the settings. I have recreated the host pool a few times and even set up an entire new Resource Group from scratch to troubleshoot. I am unsure why this is happening, but I am very confused and need some assistance. Thank you.

This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.
