Transfer a domain away from Azure?

Hi all,

Attempting to move my domain off of Azure.

Generally finding help that leads me to App Service Domain -> Domain Management -> Advanced Management. But my options are not there. Is the (Preview) version missing the Transfer option? Did this functionality get moved elsewhere? I have Global Admin, No Locks, Privacy Off.
