Hello
How long has this been going on?
Did it happen after a system update?
Here are a few suggestions that might help:
Update Bluetooth Drivers: Make sure you’re using the latest Bluetooth drivers. You can update them from the PC maker’s Support Downloads webpage for your exact model.
Power Management Settings: In Device Manager, locate your Bluetooth device, right-click it, and select Properties. Go to the Power Management tab and untick the box against "Allow The Computer To Turn Off This Device To Save Power".
Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter: Open Settings (Windows key + I). Click on System, then Troubleshoot. Go to Other troubleshooters, run the Bluetooth troubleshooter. Restart the computer after completion.
Adjust Sleep Settings: If you want to save power and want to use a Bluetooth device, it is recommended that you prevent the system from going to sleep and then turn off your screen after a period of idle time (just turn off the screen, not shut down). You can visit “How to adjust power and sleep settings in Windows” for details.
