@PRIYA VENKATESAN It seems like an issue with the app service creation for your subscription. Please refer a similar thread which was created previously. Could you please create a support ticket for an immediate and focused assistance. Thanks!!

There is no provision for student subscription to raise a ticket. I have put it up in twitter for now as wellerror1.pdf

@PRIYA VENKATESAN Please try to upgrade to Pay as you go and try again in that case. I am not aware of restrictions on student subscriptions.
