Does Azure support a .skin domain?

I am a web designer who built a website for a customer that owns a .skin domain name.

When connecting the site to the domain, even after 48 hours, a 404 error is received.

Our developers isolated the issue to Azure not supporting ".skin" domain names.

They submitted a ticket to resolve this, but I am wondering who do I need to talk to to get this resolved for my customer ASAP. It has been more than 48 hours since that ticket was submitted to "Azure Support".

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Daniel Mcglaughlin we are so sorry to hear you're facing this issue. While domain name changes typically take 24-48 hours to fully propagate across the internet, it can sometimes take a little longer for all DNS servers to update.

Also, there might be an error in the configuration of your domain name server (DNS) records. Double-check that the A record or CNAME record (depending on your hosting setup) points to the correct IP address of your web server where the website files are hosted.

If the issue persist, send me an email to AzCommunity[at]Microsoft[dot]com with the below details, so that we follow up with you offline abut your open support issu

    Email subject: <Attn - Grace >

    Thread URL: <Microsoft Q&A Thread>

Subscription ID: <your Azure subscription id>

Support Number: < your support case number>

Please let me know here once the email is sent along with above requested details.

    Thanks,

    Grace
