We understand that an error code 550 5.1.1 has been encountered while attempting to send an email. It has come to our attention that a typographical error occurred when addressing the intended recipient of the email. Specifically, the email address nut.it@rahimgroup.com.bd was inadvertently entered in place of nur.it@rahimgroup.com.bd, the email address for the IT personnel. Consequently, the message was rejected by mx.zohomail.com. We want to understand the connection between this error and Zoho. Please assist us in identifying the root cause of this issue by providing additional information.

I also noticed that the nut.it@rahimgroup.com.bd is Exchange Online user by checking the MX record, could you get message tracing report of this email from nut.it@rahimgroup.com.bd side?

Based on the NDR you offered, seems you are sending an email to recipient in the same domain. However, the email rejected by mx.zohomail.com.

You could check if is there any forwarding rule is set up for this account. It should be causing issue.
