Edge 124 will not open external sites and will not complete SSO login due to Soverign Cloud error

Since the release of Edge 124 stable channel on 4/19/2024, any external website resolves but will not open, getting error ERR_TIMED_OUT. Another browser (Firefox) works to access external sites with no issues. Also, when logging in to Edge using SSO we get this error: "we could not sign you in because we could not detect if your account belongs to a sovereign cloud". Both issues are resolved if we roll back to Edge 122 or 123. Are there any known issues with Edge 124 stable channel? Dev and Canary have the same issue. Any ideas?

    Hi @Stout, John,

    Please try disabling the flag called TLS 1.3 hybridized Kyber support at edge://flags/#enable-tls13-kyber. After that, you should be able to access external sites.
