As, i am using sql server 2019 in windows server 2019, while login it got stuck in Please wait for the user profile service and please wait for the profsvc. As i cannot connet my server to internet due to security protocols. This problem happen each day while restarting my server, i have directly shut the server to undergo same process and usually takes 3-4 shutdown to succesfull login. What the way to overcome my issue

The error occurred when you login in windows server or sql server?
If it is on sql server, please check the sql server error log.
