My Azure account was deactivated. After some time I wanted to reactivate my account and tried to pay my old invoices but could not.
The invoice status is shown as "Locked", when I try to pay it says "You can't pay this invoice in the portal. "Please contact Azure Support for assistance" But when I try to contact Azure support and create the support ticket I just cannot. I got another error "Sorry, we couldn’t create a support request for this subscription as it may be disabled" and I hit a dead end.
