Web App Deployment in Azure AI Studio stuck deploying for over a week, how can I cancel it?

I've been deploying a few web apps via Azure AI studio's 'Deploy to Web App' feature within the playground of the 'build your own co-pilot' feature over the last few months, never taken longer than a few minutes, I set one up on Tuesday (16th) last week and its been stuck on greyed out so I can't deploy more since. I've tried deleting everything about the most recent app and its still greyed out saying its deploying - it's also worth nothing that the app was working.

This is not letting me deploy or update any other existing apps which is starting to cause a large backlog, any advice on how to either cancel the deployment or reset something somewhere would be great.

Could you please let me know in which region your Azure OpenAI resource deployed?

In which region your Azure webapp is created? Are you able to see the web app deployed in Azure portal, web apps section irrespective of deployment status?

Do share more details.

The resource is in UK South, the web app was in East US on a B2 pricing plan.

I was able to see the web app deployed in the Azure portal and access it, despite it saying on Azure AI Studio it was still being deployed. As part of trying to solve the issue the web app has now been deleted, along with the Comos DB table and App Service Plan that went with it.

Rich Merrett Thanks for the confirmation. This could be a temporary issue with the portal.

Incase if your are able to access the webapp, kindly continue with the rest of your work flows.

I will update if there are any known issues.

Thanks - its been over a week, so not too temporary - I also can not deploy any new web apps because of the issue therefore its a major blocker in my workflows.

Thanks, its been over a week so not too temporary of an issue.
Also I can't deploy any new web apps whilst its ongoing, therefore all workflows are now blocked. Any guidance on how to resume them?

Apologies for the delay in response. I have tried multiple times and not able to reproduce the issue.

I was able to see and access the webapp deployed.

Tried deploying to second webapp and it got succeeded.

Also, I can see both on Azure Portal Web Apps sections.

I haven't found any known issues in the UK south region. If you are still blocked, I would request you, for a deeper investigation and immediate assistance on this issue, please file a support request @ https://aka.ms/azsupt?
