How to share Copilot learning within same organization between different users

Question

Let's say I have co-pilot license and I am using co-pilot for some of my work. And over the period of time Copilot has developed learning from my usage.

 How can I share the same Co-pilot learning with another team member who is also having co-pilot license.

 Please note, Co-pilot license is allocated under same org to me and my team member.
