Unable to see my last examination details in my account

Hi,

I gave appeared for my PL-500 exam on 6thpril,2024 which I was not able to proceed since the mettle software was not allowing me because of teams application installed in my system. Even after uninstalling my system I was not able to appear for the exam and it was not rescheduled as well.

Now, the problem is I want the transcript of the exam so that I can avail for the next voucher but I cannot see it in my profile. Kindly, send me the transcript of the exam so that I can request for the next voucher.
