Ubuntu Jammy ODBC DRIVER update error

Question

How do i resolve this error:

sudo apt update

Get:4 https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/22.04/prod jammy InRelease

Err:4 https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/22.04/prod jammy InRelease

Clearsigned file isn't valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?)

Looking at this documentation install instructions:

If I web browse to this url there is no download or any output surely there is a problem on your side?

I clicked https://packages.microsoft.com/ubuntu/22.04/prod/dists/jammy/InRelease,it will download below, you may have a double check.
