SQL2022-SSEI-Expr setup file is not opening

I downloaded the express edition file from here :https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads

When I try to open it , the file dont open .
dont know whats wrong with it. Need Help with the installation. TIA

    So how far do you get? Do you get a UAC prompt? Do you get some kind of UI? Or nothing is happening at all?

    You have a file named SQL2022-SSEI-Expr.exe, right?

    It seems to work for me.

    What could be the issue is hard to tell. It could be an over-zealous anti-virues that stops you. If you are in a corporate environment, you may have to speak to your IT folks.

    It could also be that the the network connection has issues, and the download is damaged.

    I want to know after you click on the SQL2022-SSEI-Expr setup file, does your device not respond at all? No error windows pop up?

    Anyway, here are a few suggestions for you to try step by step:

    1. Turn off the antivirus software.
    2. Right-click the .exe file and run the program as an administrator.

    Possible solutions:

    1. Disable the Intel core graphics card in the device manager.
    2. Uninstall in the application control:

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributable (x64)

    Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 redistributable (x86)

    If none of the above works, I strongly suggest the following alternative method:

    Use the offline installation method, copy the installation files from another device to the current device using a USB drive or network transfer tools.
