silverlight automatically installing on windows 2012 server though uninstalled.

We are uninstalling silverlight on windows server 2012, however it it is getting again after 24 hours.

Based on my research, Microsoft Silverlight is a cross-browser, cross-platform plug-in for delivering the next generation of Microsoft .NET–based media experiences and rich interactive applications for the Web. If you have Microsoft Silverlight installed automatically, it might be there is some policy that force this apps to be installed by your company. You can contact the IT administrator to see if there is any Group Policy/SCCM/Intune policy at the backend.
