Importing Microsoft sensitivity labels into Forcepoint DLP fails

We are attempting to import MS protection labels into DLP according to the instructions provided by Forcepoint, but we are receiving an error message that states "The labels could not be imported from the labeling system. If this problem persists, please consult with Forcepoint Technical Support." We have verified that transfers are enabled and the login requests are going through to Microsoft services, as such, we contacted the Forcepoint support, and they replied that it seems to be an issue on the Microsoft 365 side. Is there any advice on how to troubleshoot or solve this issue, or has anyone experienced a similar problem? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,

I apologize for delay, we are working with the customer's technicians on the procedure, unfortunately I am not able to create a support ticket as I do not have direct access to the customer's 365 solution, only to the Forcepoint solution.

Could you please send me instructions on how to create a support ticket for this customer issue? I am not an English speaker, I also have no experience with setting up an Azure ticket myself, so a step-by-step procedure would be most understandable.
