Error while training the Custom Classification model in Document Intelligence tool

Question

I am running the Custom Classification model in Document Intelligence tool. I am running the Train model and getting the above error. I am not sure what settings in Document Intelligence need to change.

@ShahKrutiJ-8199 The message indicates that your request was probably blocked by a proxy or network firewall when you tried to train your project. Please check if you are using a network that could block such requests. Usually, collecting a network trace will allow you to check what could be the reason. If you are unable to rectify the issue after checking the detailed trace you can raise a support case from Azure portal with the trace and request the service team to check what is causing your requests to be blocked from the service perspective.
