Based on my research, it is not possible to directly delete the "Other User" option in the Windows login screen. This option is a default feature of the Windows operating system and is designed to allow for multiple user accounts to be accessed.
However, you can hide the Switch User at Login Screen on Windows 11 using Group Policy.
