Why isn't GitHub Actions Showing up as an Option for App Service Build Service?

I was previously using GitHub Actions as the Build Provider for my Web App, but something has changed and now that isn't an option anymore. The only options I have are App Service Build Service and Azure Pipelines. I have tried logging out of Github and logging back in. The workflow file has not been changed.

2024-04-26T15:45:00.93+00:00 I don't think so, I am able to create a new webapp with GitHub Actions, this only affects previous webapps.
