Error TF237201 when you try to add a new link to a work item in Team Foundation Server

However, it mentions the product TFS 2017 only. Is this still supported with the most recent version of Azure Devops Server?

Also, I was under the impression that Microsoft did not support direct modifications to the SQL database for ADO. Is this solution recommended now?

    Alas, Team Foundation Server is not supported in Microsoft Q&A. TFS/DevOps have their own forum somewhere, which I don't recall on the top of my head. I guess Google can help you.
