Unable to use keyboard shortcuts in Adobe After Effects while using RD client on iPad

I am facing issues with using keyboard shortcuts in certain apps like Adobe After Effects while using the RD client on my iPad. Although my keyboard is functioning properly, when I try to use keyboard shortcuts such as "u" to call out a function, it doesn't work. It seems like the keyboard settings are being switched to a different one. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

    To further check this issue, please kindly try to check your keyboard setting is set to correct language. Sometimes different language will impact the keyboard layout.

    Meanwhile, please also try to check if there's correct customized keyboard mapping.
