Office 无法打开加载项商店，显示没有可以打开‘res'链接的应用

我的Office版本是专业增强版2021，

在Word上希望获取加载项时发现的问题，使用联机修复也无法解决问题

res是一个文件格式吗？

请问你是不是有三方的杀毒软件？比如360这种？

如果有启用杀毒软件建议你可以去检查下是不是有锁定IE主页这个情况。
