Missing Avatar for a custom Teams application

We have uploaded and installed a custom apps in our tenant, we followed the Microsoft guidelines for app icon/logo. but still the logo doesn't appear in Teams client. we raised a support request for the same but no luck in fixing this. Raising this question here for valuable feedback to fix this.

Could you let us know whether it's happening in New Teams or Teams classic?
I suggest you to please refer this:
1.Check Logo Requirements: Ensure that the logo you uploaded meets the requirements specified by Microsoft. The logo must be 240 x 60 pixels in dimension or scaled to that size, with a file size limit of 5 MB, and in the supported formats of .svg, .png, or .jpg.

2.Customization Visibility: Verify that the customization changes you made are visible in the Teams admin center. You can check this by accessing Teams apps > Manage apps and selecting the app name to view the app details.

3.Wait for Updates: It's important to note that updates to customizations can take up to 24 hours to reflect in the Teams client for all users and admin accounts. Make sure to allow sufficient time for the changes to propagate.

4.Clear Cache: Sometimes, the logo may not appear due to caching issues. Try clearing the cache in the Teams client to see if the logo appears correctly.
