hello !!
I've been moved here from the MS Office 365 support in order to post my request since I'm getting a bad experience with my tasks folder right now!
I am getting two TASKS folders under my TASKS section:
Tasks - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Tasks - Online Archive - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I dont want my Tasks to be Archived at all !! What's worse is some tasks are being migrated altogether and then don't allow me to update/edit/continuity.
I've tried to delete the file of TASKS - Online Archive manually but after I restarted my machine it came back again !!
I would like to stop getting my Tasks folder being archived at all and that my tasks remain the same until I complete them.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, I presume this is a Task archiving issue.
By default, Task's auto-archiving is turned on. Here's how to go about turning it off.
Does your mailbox have some retention policy in mailbox? You can check in the EAC->Mailbox.
Is your Task file shared with others?
