Unable to sign into Microsoft Sway on Edge

I am unable to sign into Microsoft Sway on Edge. I get the "Sign in Required" message and when I try to sign in, a window briefly pops up, and then there is a quick message that says "You have successfully signed in. You may close this window". The window disappears and then I am sent back to the "Sign in Required" message. This is not present on Chrome, everything works normally there. We have cleared the cache/credentials and reset Edge's settings. We've reset the user's MFA and password. This issue is present on InPrivate Edge windows as well. The same issue is not present with other Microsoft sites such as Office, SharePoint, and Outlook.
