CERTIFICATION NOT YET RECIEVED IN MY MICROSOFT PROFILLE

I have passed the Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam and received congratulation mail regarding that . But in my Microsoft Lean profile nothing related to the course details is shown nor the certification .

Kindly suggest me on what to be done with this .
