New MP not working

I recently added a new MP to my SCCM environment, and while some clients initially pointed to it correctly, I noticed that today those same clients are showing a "?" on the client icon.

How can I resolve this issue? Any advice would be appreciated.

    To resolve the issue of clients showing a "?" on the client icon after pointing to a new Management Point (MP), you can try the following steps:

    Verify that the new MP is added to the appropriate boundary group.

    Check if the MP is healthy and responding to requests by reviewing the MPControl.log and MPSetup.log files on the MP server.

    Restart the SMS Agent Host service on the affected clients.

    If the clients still show a "?" on the client icon, try removing and reinstalling the Configuration Manager client on the affected clients.
