Hello everyone, I'm a student. I was using Azure student credit to use a VM. I never thought about backup and stuff. This morning I tried to login to the VM and it showed connection timed out. After checking my Azure student portal, I found out My credit is over and now I'm not able to recover files from that VM. Because I haven't turned on the backup button in the past. what can I do now? can anyone please help? the recovery is very important to me.

You'd need to convert your subscription into PAYG. You'll need to reach out to Azure support
