If i stop my Virtual Machine, then i will be billed when my VM stay Stopped or not? Please tell me.. I Have use of Virtual Machine just 30-35 mins in single day. So i can save max to max cost of my Virtual Machine when i will not be using VM.

Please note that even when VM is Deallocated you will still be charged for its disk(s), public IP address (if exists), and other related resources. If VM is Deallocated, your cost will be less since you will not be paying Compute charges.

If using Public IP address with your VM, you could Disassociate it from the VM's network interface and then delete the Public IP address. That way no charges would accrue for the IP address. Downside is you would need to create a new Public IP address and associate with the VM's network interface next time you start the VM.

When creating the VM you should use smallest managed disk(s) for your needs. For example, try to use 30 GB size for OS disk if possible. Standard HDD is lowest cost option, but also has generally the lowest performance.
