Publish files from my sharepoint to anyone

First of all thanks for your time! :)

We have a sharepoint with files that should be accessible to anyone that has the link. We've configured all permissions to be the most oppen possible, also with the help of an assistant from Microsoft.

Despite this, our customers (external customers that many time don't even have a microsoft account) can't click on the link and have access to the files.

We need a folder (and a permanent link to the folder) that's really public, so with a click you have acces to the files of the folder. This is very easy with dropbox, google workspace and others but we can't find the way to do it on microsoft 360.

The most common error is that customers are asked to log in microsoft (don't have an accout) and the ones that have an account and log in then are asked for us to manually accept the request, which is not suitable for our needts.

First, please confirm that the following sharing settings are completed at the tenant level and site level:

Tenant level: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/turn-external-sharing-on-or-off

Site level: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/change-external-sharing-site

Then, confirm whether Check in\out is turned on. If it is on, please go to library settings to turn it off.

Finally, the permission setting is to protect information security. Although you can not set the link expiration time, it is recommended that you set it. Change links regularly.
