To resolve this issue, you will need to un-enroll your device from the Company Portal so that you can connect to your university Outlook account. Here are the steps you can follow.

I am trying to connect to both university and corporate outlook accounts on my phone, but I am getting this error message:
Misconfiguration Alert
Your admin wants the apps on this device to be managed with the account 'Corpo_EMAIL@Adrress****'.
The app account you are using
'University_EMAIL@Adrress****' will be removed.
To access your organization's data with the account 'University_EMAIL@Adrress****' , you must un-enroll your device from the Company Portal.

For your issue, please go to Intune portal to check if there exist app protection policy or app configuration policy that may block personal account to access outlook. If yes, please share us the app protection policy settings or app configuration policy settings.

@MoTaar, Based on my test experience before, when there is app protection policy applied to corporate outlook account, other account cannot be added on the same outlook anymore. If you want the university account to be used, the app protection policy should be removed from the app.
