Can we add bespoke notes against an enrolled device in Microsoft Intune

We would like to be able to add individual notes against an enrolled device in intune, such as ManagerName or CostCentre

From your description, I know you want to add individual notes for enrolled device in Intune.

Based on my research, we can go to Intune portal, click Devices and select one device, and click Properties, scroll down, you will find notes, then you can add individual notes.

And you can get the device notes using Graph API.
