@Zakee Anwar, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the CoPilot in Bing website, it is a feature in Bing. Based on my researching, I didn't find the method to disable this feature in Bing website. Therefore, there's no such setting to disable it in Bing in Intune.

After researching, I find currently it has the following two settings we can set copilot in Bing. You can check if it can help.

Meanwhile, you can feedback to Bing Team in the following location to see if this feature can be added in the future.

    Hello Zakee

    Try this steps

To remove CoPilot from Bing via Intune, you can follow the steps below:

Open the Microsoft Intune portal and sign in with your account.

Navigate to the "Apps" section and click on "All Apps".

Search for the CoPilot app in the list of apps and select it.

Click on "Assignments" and then "Add group assignment".

Choose the group you want to remove CoPilot from Bing for and click on "Next".

In the "Assignment type" dropdown menu, select "Uninstall" and click on "Next".

Review the assignment details and click on "Save".

The CoPilot app will now be removed from Bing for the selected group in the Intune portal.
