Need to merge/link profiles under one account

Hi,

I lost an access to my old MCID ie- 996509659 and I can't recover it.

Yesterday, I passed an AZ-900 exam, when I opened my profile on learn I wasn't able to see my new certification because Learn profile is now attached with a new MCID ie- 996578247

I have 1 certificates connected to to the old MCID which is not showing, or i'm unable to download it

new MCID ie- 996578247

Otherwise at least provide me AZ-900 final certification and certification sharable link. Waiting for for your reply...!!!
