Microsoft office 365 applications cannot connect to the server
I have a problem where two users couldn't connect to any office 365 apps.
it just says "trying to connect" or "sorry, we couldn't connect/contact the server" but just from specifics users, if you change the windows user and try again it works without any problem.
I tried a couple of things like trying to disconnect the account in Config > Accounts > Access to work > disconnect account. But it doesn't remove the account.
I also removed office account identity in registry and office credentials in credential manager but the problem is still there.
I also tried signing off office through https://portal.office.com/account#
If i try to execute as an other user and then log on with the user with problems it gives this error

Nothing seems to work but reinstalling windows and i really need other practical solution.
Just to mention:
-Internet works fine, there's not blocking from firewall nor proxy server.
-The machines and users are from a windows domain.
