Two MS projects License on one computer

I currently have two work based accounts that each have their own MS Projects Licence. For some reason know I cannot get MS Projects to open for either account without reinstalling the app each time. How can I get MS Projects to open one accounts files? Can I set the default MS Project to an account that is not the domain license?
