    Hi @Bhusari, Milind ,

If you are using the Phone Factor MFA technical profile , there isn't an option to change the number of retries or increase/decrease the limit. It sounds like you are running into a throttling limitation and creating too many requests.

The maximum number of "call me" is determined by both B2C throttling and MFA service throttling limits. Both are not configurable, as they are determined by the service itself. B2C throttling is documented here, and the MFA phone factor service doesn't have its throttling limits documented but in general as mentioned in the FAQ it is 5 requests per 5 minutes.

If you would like to leave feedback to change this feature, you can do so in the feedback forum which is actively monitored by the MFA and B2C teams. https://feedback.azure.com/
