The link to reschedule my exam is https://aka.ms/examreschedule and doesn't take me to a page to reschedule.

Normally your appointment should appear on your Certifications tab:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

If you do not see the option on your certification tab you may contact Pearson VUE customer support:

https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact
