None of the sandbox activations allow me to create a function app. They sit there and spin after filling out the first page.

I don't have this problem when I use my work accounts, so I am positive it is a sandbox-specific issue. I have tried 5 times over the last 24 hours to no avail.

    1. Please log out of all currently open tabs in your browser and clear the cache files. Then, try logging in again using your learn ID credentials.
    2. Sign out of your browser session and attempt to log in again using an incognito window or private browsing mode.
    3. Alternatively, consider switching to a different browser and retrying the login process.

    These steps aim to provide alternative methods for resolving the issue you are facing.
