After leaving organization I can't use my Azure personal account

I created an azure account with my personal email, I added my credit card and created a "Pay as you go" subscription. Then i went to Microsoft Entra ID and I realizedf it put me in an organization where I had worked a year ago and they had registered my personal email and not deleted it for some reason.

So i left the organization following the official documentation tutorial.

When I went to my azure portal now it said this:

User's image

I can't access my subscription nor am able create a new one because of that message. I also can't seem to be able to remove my account to start again.

I found this other forum with same problem but no solution there.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To ensure a smooth process, it's essential to completely disconnect your personal email from any Azure AD tenant or organization, including your previous workplace's Azure AD tenant. Get in touch with the IT administrators at your former workplace and request the full removal of your personal email from their Azure AD tenant. Once this disassociation is complete, you should be able to create a new Azure subscription without encountering any obstacles or access limitations.

Apparently it was just about waiting a day or so and it starts working.
