Deploy Azure Managed Application to customer environement for beta testing

Hello,

I am working on an idea of a solution I would offer to Azure Customer. The solution a several components: Azure SQL database, Azure Data Factory, Funtion Appp.... I would like to protect the IP and to be not to complicated to deploy.

After some research I found about Azure Managed application. From my understanding, correct me if I am wrong, the customer install the managed application, so the components, in its tenant. The publisher mange the ressource group and so the component and the client access can be restricted, so it would protect the IP. So in my Idea, the customer could only consume some data from the SQL Server Database, maybe, only access a specific schema. But everything is hosted in the customer tenant.

Before making it public, I would like to beta test it with specific chosen customer for a few months so they gave me a feedback and I could review the solution.

Is this approach possible ? Or is there any other approach I should use ?
