There isn't any known issue as such from the AVD side, this should not happen. Can you try to make sure that all drivers/OS are updated on your Mac and e.g. also, if you use Display Link, ensure that it is updated.
Also, the remote desktop app for mac version seems to be latest, did you install it from Mac Appstore?

Did you try to reinstall it and see if you experienced the same issue?

If this doesn't help, please collect the log files while reproducing the issues and we will need to get a support request logged with ADV technical support team to look at it.
