How to reactivate account, while Assign access role is giving error..

My Account was deactivated due to non payment, Now I have made all the payment and when i go to activate my account it gives me msg you don't have permission and go to access control , in access control when i try to add role it again giving the following error

Failed to add Shujaat (my ID) as Owner for Azure subscription 1 : The subscription '4eXXXX-3488-47b9-98a6-4fdaXXXX9' is disabled and therefore marked as read only. You cannot perform any write actions on this subscription until it is re-enabled..

now tell me what to do..?
