SSRS - Unable access the Report Server Web portal URL's

We have SQL Server Reporting Services. Nothing has been changed but users are not able to access to Reports Web URL. We are unable to access the URL on the same machine where the Report Server Configuration Manager is running.

Checked the SQL connection and the Test Connection is Successful.

In the Service account it's using the Domain ServiceAccount.

    Thanks for your information.

    Please open browser with administrator role and ensure the account you use has been granted report server access permission.
