Haven’t received a PL-300 certificate after completion of Level 4 Data Analyst with Power BI apprenticeship.

Question

Good afternoon.

Without giving any personal details: I have completed a apprenticeship program in the UK with a company called QA. That program included PowerBI certification and i should have received at the end the PL-300 certification. I have completed the apprenticeship in October 2023 and haven’t yet received that certification. After contacting QA they signposted me to contact Person Vue, which told me to contact Microsoft via the learn platform.

Could you assist in retrieving the PL-300 certificate.
