TENANT LOCKOUT - FAULTY CONDITIONAL ACCESS POLICY

Question

We have been locked out of our tenant for almost 3 weeks now due to a faulty Conditional Access policy. Over this time period, there have been countless conversations with a number of Microsoft support agents & technicians, none of which seemed to have an understanding of the actual issue at hand or able to resolve the issue. Each time, they end up either: assigning the case to a different team, brushing me off saying a technician or engineer will contact me within 2-3 hours (and they never do), or [my personal favorite (NOT)] that they've raised the priority of the case.

We know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. But we need the help of the Data protection team. Since this is a high impact incident and things are moving too slow (which is likely an overstatement considering they haven't moved at all) via the regular support channels, we are trying to get in touch with them through this channel. We came across similar incidents on this forum and saw that they responded quickly.

TO SAY WE ARE DESPERATE AT THIS POINT IS A DRASTIC UNDERSTATEMENT. EVERYDAY THAT GOES BY WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF PROGRESS IS CAUSING AN IMMENSE AMOUNT OF STRESS AND PRESSURE ON OUR ORGANIZATION. PLEASE, WE ARE PLEADING FOR SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES TO REACH OUT & HELP.
