Unable to Read/Write B2C Custom Domain Settings in Entra Admin Center

I'm following along the Azure Add your custom domain name steps and trying to navigate to the Settings>Domain name. I have global admin for the tenant which is also linked to an active subscription User's image

But there is no Setting under Identity.

Thanks for reaching out.

The document you are referring is of Entra ID which has different portal than B2C tenant due to which you are not able to find custom domain in Azure AD B2C portal.

You will find that custom domain option in your Microsoft Entra ID(workspace tenant) than Azure AD B2C(customer tenant).

Yes I understand the b2c tenants have different portal for MOST management operations, however, if you go to either the link I provided or the link you provided the b2c steps are to use Entra admin for adding the custom domain to the b2c tenant.

Trevor Westin Apologies for the confusion to understand the ask.

B2C is still part of Azure AD and has not moved to Entra due to which custom domain option of Azure AD B2C from Entra portal is not available.

You need to switch to portal.azure.com to sign in to your Azure AD b2C tenant and then navigate to Microsoft Entra ID to add custom domain to your Azure AD B2C.
