Microsoft MS ID

Question

I was trying to schedule my first Microsoft exam. However, the system can't find a certification profile when I try to schedule an exam. I was told I could schedule over the phone but I need a Microsoft MS ID. I created an account for Learn but I don't see a ID that starts with MS. Need help finding this ID.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
