The Azure Virtual Desktop Agent URL Tool is a tool that is used to validate whether session hosts can access specific FQDNs and endpoints required for Azure Virtual Desktop. It is included in the Azure Virtual Desktop Agent (RDAgent) installation folder and requires .NET 4.6.2 framework to be installed on the session host. It is not available as a standalone download and can only be obtained as part of the RDAgent installation.
In addition, it is not possible to use the Azure Virtual Desktop Agent URL Tool to check Windows 365 requirements as it is specifically designed for Azure Virtual Desktop. And currently there's no tool can check the requirement for Windows 365. You can feedback in the following link to see if we can get one in the future.
