After updating the OS of HoloLens2, it became unable to charge and I couldn’t recover it. Is there a way to recover from this state?

After updating the OS of HoloLens a few days ago, the behavior became strange. Specifically, after booting, the Windows logo remains displayed and does not proceed. So, I set it to recovery mode with the volume button and power button, connected it to the PC, and tried to recover with the Advanced Recovery Companion app. However, after failing several times, the battery became low, and even after charging and changing the cable, the status lamp remains at one lamp up to 20 percent of the battery level and does not charge. Therefore, I can’t set it to recovery mode again and I’m in trouble.

Does anyone have any ideas or knowledge to save this predicament?

It’s been two years since I purchased the device and the warranty support has expired.

Can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
